Raphael Mudge – Server Side Proofreading, Bug Fixing, Documentation

Raphael, an Automattic code wrangler, started as a military scientist who couldn’t write. To solve this he made a super-smart spell, grammar, and style checker using lots of data and RAM. A guy named Matt noticed this and said “hey, join the Automattic crew” and now Raphael makes super-smart proofreading software for WordPress and other places. Besides checking your spelling, Raphael works on the open source Sleep programming language and resides in Washington, DC.
